How do I choose the right property?

Are all your apartments fully furnished?
All our apartments are fully furnished and fully serviced. If you would like an unfurnished apartment in one of our properties, we will accommodate your need.
Do you have minimum stay?
One-month minimum stay is required.
Can I bring my own furniture?
Yes, you can. For the unfurnished apartment.
What appliances and furnishings are there in the apartment?
All our apartments are fully furnished and fully equipped with electrical appliances and fittings.
Do you require a deposit?
We require a one-month deposit. Our deposit is refundable.
Do you provide maintenance service?
We have an in-house maintenance team available to take care of any issues.
Do you provide housekeeping service?
Yes, we provide 2-3 times a week housekeeping service.
Are the utilities includes? Are there any extra charges?
Electricity, water and phone line are all included in the rent.
Do you offer extensions if I need to renew my lease?
Depending on availability, we would be happy to extend for your convenience.
What form of payments do you take?
We accept cash, credit cards and bank transfers.
I have to leave Kuwait sooner than expected, are there any cancelation fees to my contract?
There are no cancelation fees for any contract that has been made directly with the client.
